PRIVATE PERSONAL ASSISTANT – RECORDING ARTIST

A new opportunity for an experienced Private Personal Assistant to take care of a Recording Artist based in Maida Vale. Working predominantly from home and her private residence you will be responsible for all lifestyle requests and remain available and on hand for anything unexpected and last minute.

Duties include:

• Liaising with household staff and with contractors to arrange for any home maintenance.

• Handling confidential matters,

• Scheduling calendars, both private and business,

• Securing travel arrangements and maintaining itineraries. 

• Dealing with correspondence and phone calls

• Taking care of bills, insurance and other personal affairs.

• Booking travel across multiple time zones and producing itineraries

• Booking restaurants, hotels and other accommodation

• Paying invoices

• Basic accounts duties

• Ordering household appliances

• Ensuring the fridge is always stocked up and all personal items such as bathroom products and make up and vitamins are always in stock in the house

• Packing and unpacking suitcases when she travels for long periods of time

• General PA duties

Skills required:

• This role required you to be able to bring stability and calmness into the environment.

• This is a very intimate role so getting along with the Artist and understanding her needs is a must

• You must be organised and forward thinking

• Must have experience working across multiple time zones  

• Flexible in nature

• Experience working in as a Private PA

• Confident and articulate
