Senior Artist Manager
Our client is a boutique Music Management and Rights company based in Central London representing best-in-class platinum selling artists, songwriters, and producers. They are integrated into the InterTalent Rights Group team - winners of best management company for new talent at the 2022 Edinburgh International TV Festival,
We are looking to hire a game changing, enthusiastic, well organised, confident, pro-active, and forward-thinking Artist Manager. You will work with a newly signed (out of the US) but established global priority Artist, our existing writers/producers as well as developing your own roster.
This is an opportunity for someone to join a small knit team with global reach within a central London office. You will also have access to the wider entertainment (Scripted, Non-Scripted, Digital, ESports/Gaming) business through our partnership with InterTalent - the UK's pre-eminent independent talent agency.
The ideal candidate will be a music lover, personable, adaptable, a huge team player, organised, possess high attention to detail with a proven successful track record. They will probably have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the music business and be capable of functioning to a very high level in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Manage, oversee, and develop your roster of Artists, Writers & Producers (Roster), being across short term detail with long term vision.
Identify and pursue all opportunities to help your Roster increase their fan base and generate new income streams
Collaborate with roster to ensure all opportunities are explored and executed per their creative vision.
Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for short and long-term projects across all sectors of client’s career including, but not limited to, writing music, touring, brand partnerships, digital and marketing activations.
Put together travel itineraries – liaise with travel and booking agents when appropriate.
Efficient daily communication and information flow with Roster and teams always ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
Act as key point of contact for all third parties, filtering information as needed and be a central point of contact to record labels/publishers/agents/lawyers/ etc
Plan all aspects of the Roster career including global release schedules, promo, social media plans, press, marketing, and touring
Handle copyright registrations and live performance reporting with PROs and agents. Maintain accurate discographies, synchronisation confirmations, payments, and song split sheets. Spot-check royalty and commission statements
Travel both within UK and internationally to undertake various tasks on behalf of Management & Roster
Handle administrative tasks relating to the procurement of visas, passports, insurance policies, carnets, and other necessary business forms and functions
Manage relationships between Roster & their label teams, publishers, producers, directors, stylists and more
Responsibility of building own roster and contributing to company values and vision
The ideal candidate will be
3-5 years in the music business (preferred Management but not essential)
Extremely well organised with strong time-management skills
An exceptional communicator
A ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to deliver help where required
Operate well within a team and be adaptable
Quick-thinking, resourceful, and entrepreneurial
Possess a strong degree of computer literacy
Have a strong familiarity with social media usage; TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Soundcloud etc
Exceptional attention to detail
Ambitious and creativity is important. Must be able to input ideas
Somebody willing to go the extra mile to achieve success

A solid knowledge of the music business with a wealth of contacts
Willing to travel worldwide

Salary, Bonuses and Benefits – Salary in line with your experience and track record + You will be well rewarded for success you deliver.
Basis: Full Time. Office hours are 9am – 6pm with a requirement to work some evenings and weekends depending on schedules.
Location: Fitzrovia / Soho with international travel
Start date: ASAP
